Beginning Taiji (Tai Chi) with Bobbi Esmark, at High Falls First Aid Training Center

Taiji for beginners or continuing students, ages 15 and older who want to refresh the long form from the beginning will be held, 6-7 p.m. Thursdays, May 2-30, at the First Aid Training Center, 30 School Hill Road, High Falls. Park in the Training Center parking lot to the left of the red brick building, not in front of the large garage doors that house the ambulance. Payment can be made in person at the first class of each session, in cash, check or Venmo or prepay via Venmo @bobbi-esmark.
